Education & Experience

Jeff is a current student at Fort Hays State University earning a Master’s degree of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. He holds a Master of Theological Studies from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and an undergraduate degree from Wichita State University.

Jeff has been trained through the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals and is certified as a professional recovery coach through the International Association of Professional Recovery Coaches.

Before counseling, Jeff served as a pastoral intern at a churches in Kansas and as a social enterprise associate at Agape Development Ministries in Houston. He has also operated a home remodeling business and enjoys handiwork. Jeff attends City Church in Houston and enjoys reading, spending time with his wife and friends, tinkering on a project where he can use power tools, and jogging while listening to classic country.

Interests & Specialties

Jeff specializes in individual and group counseling for men with unwanted sexual behavior. He’s interested in men’s issues and helping men grow holistically. He is passionate about creating a space of grace, kindness, and curiosity, where individuals can explore their path forward without fear of judgment. Jeff also works with both individuals and couples with life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, and conflict. Jeff believes every person is uniquely made and is excited to work with men and women from any background to heal and grow.
