Building Emotional Strength and Peace
  • 4 sessions on Tuesdays
Emotions are important for us to understand, manage, and cultivate. Emotions can create confusion and chaos in our lives and impact our relationships. This group will focus on emotional management over anxiety, stress, anger, and sadness and will help you develop strength in your inner life and increase acceptance and peace.

Grief Support
  • 4 sessions on Wednesdays
Find support in your grief and loss, grieving a loss or death, chronic illness or cancer, or a dream unfulfilled. Topics include understanding and expressing your grief, exploring emotions such as anger, guilt, regret, and fear, navigating family dynamics, and finding healing in suffering.

Betrayal Trauma for Women
  • 4 sessions on Thursdays
This group will offer women a safe and confidential space to heal from a betrayal trauma caused by a spouse’s infidelity, addiction, or other deceitful behavior. Group topics include grieving loss, practicing tools to manage anxiety and intrusive thoughts, rebuilding trust within yourself, developing healthy boundaries, and receiving support from compassionate peers.
