Interests & Specialties

Leslie provides counseling to adult women with a focus on depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, abuse, spiritual questions, and life transitions. Leslie specializes in EMDR therapy which helps heal traumatic experiences and any disruptive life event. She is also trained as a Grief Companion to come along side anyone going through grief and loss.

Building a relationship is at the heart of counseling, and Leslie seeks to offer a safe place to come alongside those who take the courageous step to pursue counseling and move toward healing and growth. Leslie collaborates with clients to explore their experiences with curiosity, builds self-awareness, and identifies patterns that may be holding them back. Her supportive and gentle presence fosters a safe environment where clients can take risks and feel empowered to grow. She considers it a privilege to be entrusted with her clients’ stories and is honored to be a part of their journey toward healing and change.
